For straightforward projects, we can sometimes provide pricing during your consultation. More involved projects typically require additional measurements, planning, and custom drawings.

In most cases, we can prepare your personalized proposal within a day or two following your appointment.

We'll review the details with you so you understand what's included before making a decision.

 Once you've approved your proposal and signed your agreement, we begin preparing your project for production.

Your enclosure components are custom-ordered to fit your existing porch, rather than purchased as standard, off-the-shelf products.

Because of the custom manufacturing process, most projects have an estimated 8–12 week timeline from contract signing to installation, depending on product availability, manufacturing schedules, and project requirements.

We'll keep you informed as your project progresses and coordinate installation once your materials are ready.
